help with body and bikinis?
ok so I am a overweight (30 pounds) and i want a good link to a fitness website and some tips on buying a flatering (is that spelled right?) bikini.. serious answers and i am 14 so i cant get a personal trainer or buy hundreds of dallors of supplies. but i am willing to work hard on looking good.
I think the easiest way to diet is to limit your portions instead of depriving yourself of foods you love. especially less carbs per serving. more fruits and veggies too. as far as excersize... do something you enjoy, I like rock climbing, but try to find something outside that's a hobby. or you won't stick with it. Also crunches are an easy way to lose flab.
bikinis are difficult. (Flattering) you depends alot on what your shape is. boy shorts are good on hips or at least some width to the sides, busty or not busty? If not a halter is super flattering. good luck!
