does anyone know of a good exercise video for myself and a toddler?
I'd like something fun, and something that is easy for her to imitate. Keep in mind, she's 2. Preferably with kids, and something that I can do with her as well. She loves all the Sesame Street Videos and has all their "get up and dance" style DVDS.
tae bo. My kids love it. they are 9,8,7,3 and 2. They think it is fun and we walk at night together to when it is nice out. Have fun. Great way to get a healthy lifestyle for your daughter. Good job Mom!
Is belly dancing a good form of exercise?
I have always wanted to try bellydancing, and I am just wonderng if it is a good form of excercise. Also, can I buy tapes or DVDs that will teach me how to belly dance? If there are, what are they called and where can I get them? Thanks!
Belly Dancing - it is great.
Not long after i had my son, i started doing belly dancing. When i started i had no control over my stomach muscles and after a few lessons i started to get the control back and it increased my flexibility and it was so relaxing.
You dont need coordination or anything to do it.
You can buy dvds from stores but i dont think they are that good, i suggest to go to an actual lesson and it will be a much better experience for you.
I think there is one simply called belly dance but if you go into your local dvd store they will be a lot of help. I went searching too for dvds but found what was out didnt compare to the real deal.
Go and get a lesson and you will love it.
