How do you add your last name and page number on the second page at the top left of the page on Microsoft Word?

without it going on the first page. My english teacher is very picky on how she likes the format to go.

I just did this yesterday, but I had it on the first page too..

Go to the second page.
View
Header and Footer
Right align
Type in your last name followed by one space
Insert
Page Numbers
Close

Then it should go on every page from there on.
