Training Lower Back
Is it normal to feel my lower back a little stiff after weight training?
I have a home gym, and after a whole workout, I feel my lower back muscle stiff. I don’t feel pain, just my back muscles stiff. Could it be that during the exercises I try so much to keep my back straight, that as a consequence I feel my back muscles stiff??
Yes, if you don’t feel pain then it should be OK, It’s just your muscles tightening, reacting to the exercise
